Add an email signature in Apple Mail
Takes about two minutes. Where a step says to copy your signature, use the Copy signature button in Sigture's export dialog — or your personal signature page if your team sent you one.
- 1
Copy your signature from the Export dialog.
- 2
In Mail, open Mail → Settings → Signatures.
- 3
Select your account and click “+” to create a signature.
- 4
Untick “Always match my default message font”.
- 5
Paste into the signature area (Cmd+V).
- 6
Drag the signature onto your account name if it isn't attached, then close.
Good to know
Apple Mail supports live CSS animations — your shimmer/glow effects play for these recipients.
If the paste looks unstyled, use the “Apple Mail” HTML variant from the ZIP bundle and paste from a browser window.
