Add an email signature in Gmail
Takes about two minutes. Where a step says to copy your signature, use the Copy signature button in Sigture's export dialog — or your personal signature page if your team sent you one.
- 1
Copy your signature (“Copy signature”).
- 2
In Gmail, click the gear → “See all settings”.
- 3
In the General tab, scroll to “Signature” and click “+ Create new”.
- 4
Name it, then paste into the editor.
- 5
Under “Signature defaults”, select it for new emails and replies.
- 6
Scroll down and click “Save Changes”.
Good to know
Gmail clips emails over ~102KB — hosted images (the default) keep your signature tiny.
Gmail strips <style> in replies; your export inlines every style so it survives.
