Add an email signature in iOS & Android mail apps
Takes about two minutes. Where a step says to copy your signature, use the Copy signature button in Sigture's export dialog — or your personal signature page if your team sent you one.
- 1
Open this Export dialog on your phone's browser (sign in to Sigture).
- 2
Tap “Copy signature”.
- 3
Gmail app: Settings → your account → Mobile signature — note this field is plain-text only; the Gmail app shows your web signature when “Mobile signature” is off.
- 4
Outlook mobile: Settings → Signature, turn off “Per account” if needed, long-press → Paste.
- 5
Apple Mail (iOS): Settings → Mail → Signature, long-press → Paste. iOS may flatten some styling — the layout and links survive.
Good to know
Mobile apps vary in HTML support; your web/desktop signature is what recipients see when you send from desktop.
