Takes about two minutes. Where a step says to copy your signature, use the Copy signature button in Sigture's export dialog — or your personal signature page if your team sent you one.
- 1
Copy your signature (“Copy signature” in the Export dialog).
- 2
In Outlook, open Outlook → Settings → Signatures.
- 3
Click “+” to add a signature and name it.
- 4
Paste into the editor (Cmd+V).
- 5
Set it as default for your account under “Choose default signature”.
- 6
Close settings — done.
